You already provide menstrual products in your workplace because you know menstrual health at work matters, but...

DO YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT?

Bleed and Learn

The First 3 Steps to a Menstrual-Friendly Workplace

A 90-minute Menstrual Equity session that gives you a roadmap built from your own staff's results. Not national averages. Yours.

Most of your staff menstruate, and most workplaces still treat it as a "private" issue.

You want to build an inclusive workplace without feeling that you are just checking a box in DEI. You want to normalize conversations about menstrual health at work, because you know it affects most of your staff. But you don't know how to do it.

You know leadership silence is already costing you, but you are still unsure what the next steps are.

This session shows you where to start.

WHAT YOU GET

  1. Your snapshot. A short anonymous survey (about 5 minutes) sent to your staff before the session. I read the results so you don't have to.

  2. The 90-minute session, online or in person. Through a trauma-informed lens, we break the silence, name what menstrual equity is, read your staff's results, and walk through the first three steps: Access, Systems, and Culture.

  3. Your First 3 Steps Roadmap. A PDF within 5 business days with your results, a recommended first move for each step, and three questions your leadership needs to answer: Who owns it? By when? How will we know it's working?

  4. Bonus: The Trauma-Informed Everyday Menstrual Language Guide.

The first three steps: Access, Systems, and Culture

WHY EILEEN FOLCH

Founder of BloodyAwesome. Eight years facilitating and teaching menstrual health, cycle awareness, and stigma reduction.

This started in an anti-violence organization like yours. Now I help organizations integrate menstrual equity into how they work, so they can build a truly inclusive workplace.

"Take it!!! This was such a great opportunity for our staff to come together and grow. It challenged us in a way that I didn't really know it was going to and provided so much valuable information - both for me as a people leader but also in my own learnings. It was well worth it and we will definitely be doing more with Eileen in the future!"

QUESTIONS

We're not ready.

Good. This is the first step.

Does anyone have to share personal information?

Never. The snapshot is anonymous, and the session never asks anyone to disclose.

Will you tell us what to do?

You'll leave with a recommended first move for each step, based on your own results.

Can we bring more of our staff?

Yes, up to 100.

Will the session be recorded, and can we get the slides?

The session isn't recorded, so everyone can speak openly. You'll take home your roadmap PDF and your Language Guide.

What comes next?

Your roadmap shows you. If you want a partner to put it into action, the Menstrual Equity at Work program is the next step, and your $500 counts toward it.
